Apply to face following skincare.
Squeeze a small amount of cream onto fingertips and apply to five points (forehead, nose, chin, and both cheeks) on the face. Smooth evenly over skin.
Allow base to set before applying foundation.

Matte-ish
I had high hopes for this given its reputation and price point. I have very, very oily skin and am used to applying makeup and using oil sheets to slick up the sheen of grease within about 2-3 hours of that. The texture is lovely and doesn’t pill as some others sometimes do, it blends in but its oil controlling isn’t as good for a super oily face. If you’re just average-oily it will probably be excellent for you.

Holy grail
For anyone with large pores & oily skin type, this is truly magnificent. It puts everything I've tried (and I have tried them all) to shame. I wear all primers over mattifying sunscreen + Matte foundation + finishing powder and still, I have to blot after 2hrs, with this primer, and the same steps, I haven't needed to reach for the blotting paper in 6hrs! Highly, highly recommend.

Great SPF Primer
Leaves a smooth surface and has SPF, nice to not have the usual white cast. Feels luxurious going on. I never expect my face to feel matte for a long time as I have super oily skin. Would buy again.

Worth the price tag
This is a gorgeous product. The texture just feels expensive alone never mind anything else. It leaves the skin feeling soft and hydrated. Pores were less visible. Really like this one.

Instant matte skin
Love this mattifying pore refining cream with SPF25. After skin prep I use the Violette Factor 30 sensitive skin cream, let it settle and then top up with the cle de peau beaute which immediately removes all shine and offers a smooth refined look. I am amazed how good it is all day.

I've found the primer for me
This was my first cle de peau purchase. I was not left disappointed at all. I'm waiting for the foundation to come back in to stock in my shade and then I'll be getting that too! This works well with any foundation though I've found. My skin looks like I have a smoothing filter on it! amazing

Holy grail!
I love this primer and am on my second one. It creates a great base for makeup and helps my make up to stay on longer. When I revert back to other primers my make up doesn’t look as good. This product is here to stay for me!
