I received my heat press but there was a problem with it.  I contacted the seller and they replaced it without having to send back the original one that I received.

I bought this as a present and after only a couple of uses it sparked and burned up.  I contacted the seller to see if I might be able to exchange it for a replacement.  The seller didn't answer even answer my email.  I will not be purchasing anything from this seller again.
