The color is off

I ordered the Carribean color crock to match some pieces of Cookware that I own and the color doesn't match AT ALL. My Cookware is a bright, vibrant color and this is dull and much darker. The customer service rep was extremely rude and told me it was just the lighting in the photograph that made it look that way. I also had to pay to ship it back. Terrible customer service and the product was made in China, not France.

Le Crueset customer care is the worst.

Bought crocks as Christmas gift. Wanted to return for another color. Le Crueset website refers customers to customer service phone number which you have to call to get a Return Merchandise number. Called Customer Service and went through the directory only to be referred BACK to the website. Finally filled out the online form and after waiting several days, received a response from Le Crueset. I have purchased many of their products but never again. Wound up keeping the utensil crocks for myself even though I did not want them or need them.

Love the utensil crock

I purchased the large crock to replace one I bought earlier from BB&B which was good but too large for my kitchen. After the LeCreuset one came, I fell in love with it. Perfect size for every day utensils, so I went and bought the smaller Le Creuset crock for the utensils that I rarely used and for the grill utensils. Everything fits perfectly. Glad I have them both.

I have a utensil crock myself and just love it! This latest purchase was for a wedding gift...I purchased the crock and a bunch of colorful utensils and the bride was very happy with the gift. These utensil crocks are just beautiful and the quality is outstanding! It adds a pop of color to my kitchen!

I bought this for my granddaughter and she picked out the orange which is not my favorite color, but she has a picture on her counter in the kitchen that has some orange in it and she's put the crock on her stove to put her utensils in, and it pulls it all together Ks
