This is my 6th coffee maker I've purchased in the past 4 yrs %26 it by far is the best. It's absolutely beautiful, easy to use touch screen %26 makes the best tasting cup of coffee. This was my first “Beautiful” kitchen appliance and I have since then purchased 4 more products. This entire line of products is top of the line.

Favorite coffee maker to date!

This coffee pot is so gorgeous on my countertop. I had first ordered the microwave, and was so happy with that, I immediately purchased the matching coffee pot. It is so sleek and classy looking. More like a work of art! Plus, it has all the great features of keeping the coffee warm for 4 hours after brewing, programmable, a water filter inside the unit to make sure the water is filtered and fresh, a gold coffee basket. It has everything and is so sleek and BEAUTIFUL, and looks so elegant on my counter. I absolutely LOVE all of Drew's home products. Buy this, you will be so happy, and get many compliments too l!

Very BEAUTIFUL!

Love this coffee maker and all my Beautiful products. Besides the coffee maker I have the microwave, toaster oven, block knife set, pot set, slow cooker and large Dutch oven. I get compliments on them all the time. Best product line I've ever had…Quality is excellent and everything is absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen.

Best I've ever had

The ONLY reason I am giving this product a 4 star review is because the rubber piece that keeps the spout and spring in place comes off extremely easily, no matter how careful I am anytime I take it out to wash it pops off, which ultimately led to me losing it (as it's small) and unfortunately it's a vital component of use of the coffee machine, so until I can find a replacement I can no longer use my coffee machine… :(

Amazing! But one minimal flaw…

Oh man, I am so glad I got this coffee pot. We are blown away at how beautiful it is and how good the coffee is. We had decided that our pallet must be changing as we haven't been enjoying our coffee as much. Turns out, it was just the old coffee maker! This coffee is so fragrant and bold and flavorful! We love how hot it is and how long you can set it to keep warm as we get up 1 1/2 hours apart most days and it is hot for each of us! My only downfall is that the handle has a condensation leak of some sort. There is always a puddle of coffee on my counter under the handle. And when you pour the glass under the spout seems to be unsealed as it leaks also. It is a messy but when pouring your coffee or when refilling the tank with the pot but we have just adapted by having a tea towel that we place under the handle while brewing and place under the spout when poring our cups. It's a small inconvenience but the coffee is worth it. I do wish I knew how to correct the issue but other than that, I love this pot! If my pot were not a leaky little sucker, it would be 5/5 stars for sure! (Obviously, I haven't got a picture of the leak to show off bc that would look dirty and we can't have that. Lol)

Gorgeous and Sleek!

I was so excited about receiving this coffee maker and when it finally got delivered I took it out of the box only to find that it looked like it had already been used. There was a scuff mark on the top of it, the screen looked like it had water marks and the heating pad looked like it was chipping. I already ordered a replacement so hopefully when that one comes in I can give you a different review.

In the details and product info, it says the height is 10.78 inches and it's over 13 inches. This is too tall for my counter and the reason I have to look at dimensions. Now I have to return it. Please update your product information. It is however a beautiful appliance.

As beautiful as this maker is, it's cheap junk! When brewing, coffee sprays from where it's supposed to drip into the carafe. It sprays all over the coffee maker, and then overflows and pours out onto the counters and floor! The spout the coffee comes out from does not connect, or even sit close, to the carafe top. It has rubber flaps around it, and it just ends up spraying everywhere. Don't just save your money from not buying this cheap junk, save yourself from cleaning a huge mess!!

Waste of money!

It's beautiful and despite the awful reviews I wanted to give it a chance (I also have the air fryer, toaster and kettle and love them). The coffee maker worked well for exactly 3 brewing cycles, when I went to clean out the filter, the metal spring and black part that hold s the spring was stuck to the removable filter basket and when I took out the filter it flew off, with no way to get it back on, completely useless now. I also tried texting the customer service number that shows up on other reviews and have yet to receive a response.

I would pass on this coffee maker
