Ok so I have used it literally once today BUT the suction on this is insane!!! My old bissel on this current rug (a Persian) would leave it sopping wet for a day and this one if I tried to pick it up to love switch directions at the edges (small area rug) the rug would come up with it so I turned it off, switch directions and turn back on.  It has a dry only switch when you are done washing.  I love that i don't have to hold a button down to spray the solution it automatically mixes when pushing forward and sucks the water up coming back.  Due to the suction it is heavier to push then my old one and I got through the rug without changing/emptying the water multiple times.  You can still see where we walk which is still dirty but hey for the first time it looks great and I'll spot treat tonight and go over it again tomorrow.  I still have water and solution left in my tanks after going over each spot three times horizontally and vertically.  Another round tomorrow and we will see how cleaning the machine goes but it looks super easy! First photo is dirty rug, second is wet rug, the rest dry “clean” rug.

Looovvveee it!!

Bought this because we moved into a rental with nasty carpets. The stains disappeared and the house smells and feels so much better. So easy to put together, use, and clean! Always clean your machines properly after so it will last and do its job properly.

A dream for a renter

Best carpet cleaner I've ever had.  Love the dual tanks and pretreat spray.  So much easier to use than my old bulky machine and does a much much much better job??!

Fabulous

Very ready to use - we have 2 dogs (including a puppy that's working on potty training), 2 cats and 2 young boys, there's ALWAYS something to clean at our house! This vacuum makes it super easy! I love that you can shampoo the carpet, then quickly remove the thank with the cleaning solution to rinse the carpet with just water. It's so quick and easy! I also really appreciate how easily everything comes apart to rinse off afterwards, it's only takes a few minutes, which is VERY nice. The only con is the size - it's not small, so if you're pressed for storage space, this might not be the one for you. If you have a bunch of carpet though, the extra size means less trips to refill the clean water tank and rinse out the dirty one. The pictures show my before and after for one cleaning - I could still use a second pass, but it's definitely a huge improvement!

Soooo easy to use, and so effective. Bought our house with cheap carpet-3 dogs later it's matted and was so dirty. I vacuumed thoroughly first and couldn't believe the hair and dirt it pulled out. No measuring, works with ease-the spot spray wand is kind of neat-though I would like it to spray in a more wide pattern instead  of straight pinpoint-best carpet shampooer I have ever owned-and fit for a steal of $148 during a parallel sale with Prime Days-better price than prime by 50$!

I absolutely love this carpet machine, it's very easy to assemble and use it.  It does the job, with Hoover cleaning solutions I could clean every stain on my carpet, but on the hard stains I used extra hand brush.

I will definitely recommend this product.

I had my wool area rug cleaned a few weeks before I got the smart wash pet complete and it honestly looked the same after he was done. I either had to get a new one or take it in for 300.00 to the shop. I saw the ad for this and read reviews and figured I may as well try! It looks 95% better! Easy to use and attachments are right there. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner! If it can get stains out of wool rug it will do even better on carpet!

Better job than the professional I hired

This machine is amazing! My last carpet cleaner broke and I'd had my eye on this one for awhile beforehand. So glad I made the purchase, it's such a better machine than the last one I had. So easy to use! Moves smoothly, easy to clean the dirty water tank and front area where the brushes collect all the hair. Speaking of it picked up so much pet hair, even after I had vacuumed twice before cleaning the carpets. Very satisfied so far, hold it holds up a little longer than the last one.

Amazing!

This thing is amazing! The amount of dog hair and dirt this pulled out of my carpet immediately following using my Dyson sweeper (which I use daily), was embarrassing! I always use to shampoo my area rugs and bedroom carpet regularly until my cleaner died- which makes this picture even more disgusting. I forgot to take a picture of the water tank- but EW! Worth every penny! There was no leaking and carpet dried quickly!

Glad I ignored negative reviews

Pictured is the delieved package to an incorrect address that is supposed to contain my large $200 hoover carpet cleaner I ordered. Upon looking at the shipment info, this seller shipped a 1.4 lb package with 12 in by 8 in dimensions as a large $200 hoover carpet cleaner. How does that happen? Seems as though I've been scammed. I will update this reveiew if/when the seller resolves this issue
