About this property

Overview:

Enjoy all the comforts of our modern home in the breathtaking Truro Hills. Ideally situated just minutes from Provincetown, Pamet Harbor, and the Cape Cod National Seashore, our home is the perfect getaway for family and friends. The house is newly refurnished, featuring 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a den with a double bed, and outdoor shower. Take in the sunset and gentle breezes on the expansive, multi-level deck, or relax in the large open concept living space.

The space:
Comfortable indoor furniture, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. There is high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and a large island for preparing meals. There is an additional full size refrigerator/freezer downstairs. There is a new Weber gas grill outside on the deck, along with a new outdoor dining set and lounge chairs. There are also new cushioned chairs, loveseats, and coffee tables on the extended octangular deck, with pristine views of the Truro Hills and Cape Cod Bay in the distance. There is an outdoor shower on the lower level, along with a washer and dryer. We provide linens, pillows, and towels.

Guest access:
Guests can access the main living area of the house without having to climb any stairs. There is a short staircase to the den and second master bedroom on the lower level. There is a garage studio located some distance from the house but this is off limits to renters. The owners store boats in this garage, and may need access to the building from time to time.

No excessive noise after 11:00 pm that disrupts the neighborhood

Children under 5 allowed with prior written permission (the house has many hazards for small children, including extensive overhanging decking, open stairway inside)
Check-in is anytime on Saturday after 4:00PM
Check out by 10AM the following Saturday

Treehouse

The house is lovely and up in the trees, just as it looks in the photos. There is plenty of space for 8-10 people or more, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals for a group. We had a great time.

Amazing Truro Treehouse

My family and I stayed at this beautiful Truro Treehouse and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Close to so many beautiful beaches and Ptown, our days were filled with fun and adventures. I’m booking it for next year! Incredible home and wonderful hosts♥️

Beautiful home

The home was amazing; clean and well appointed. It truly felt like you were staying in a treehouse. Everything you could possibly need was there. The outdoor space was so peaceful and comfortable. The open layout was perfect for a large family. The host was so helpful and responsive and accommodating. Location is great; so close to Provincetown and all the Truoro beaches. We would love to stay again.

Great quiet stay in Truro

This treehouse is the perfect stay for a group. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you would have no idea you are a couple of minutes from the beach! Not what you’d expect from a beach house but was peaceful and had beautiful and well kept outdoor space for relaxing and hanging out after a day at the beach. There were tons of games and dvds at our disposal so we were never bored, even on our rainy day stuck at the house. Danny and Nina were awesome! They happened to be at the house when we arrived so Danny walked us through the entire place to make sure we were set up for the week. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Great getaway in Truro

The Treehouse was a lovely getaway and we already want to go back! The common spaces were wonderful, the decks especially, and the kitchen was so well stocked. Danny met us at check in and showed us around the house. Everything was very easy. Great location- a getaway that’s still a quick drive to ptown. We had a great time and would love to return in the future.
