It consists of an open-plan living space with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a portable, electric heater, a television, and access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and an iron. On your private balcony, begin your day with a fresh cup of coffee and look out over the surrounding white cityscape. On an upper floor of the building, you additionally have access to a communal, 100 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and the historic center. Equipped with sun loungers, sofas, shades and some tables and chairs, this is where you can spend some unforgettable hours with a nice bottle of wine, watching the famous sunsets of the Costa de la Luz color the horizon. Due to the property’s spectacular location in a pedestrian area, a fantastic variety of shops, local restaurants, cafes and bars are all in the immediate vicinity. You are additionally situated just a 5-minute walk from both the romantic beach promenade and the beach Los Bateles and you will find many other beaches just a bit further down the coastline. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas. Please note that there is an extra fee for late arrivals after 9 pm. Check-ins after midnight are not accepted. It is recommended that guests bring their own sheets and towels.
