Happy purchase

The pieces were damaged during delivery. We noticed it halfway through putting it together. We had to position it so the damage part doesn't show. I wanted to buy another one but Im afraid it will be damaged as well. So that is my only problem. During delivery it may get damaged and then you have to make a decision to return it because it it is a very nice piece of furniture that suits its purpose.

Happy but not happy!!

Putting the shoe rack together was at least a 2-person job. It looks really nice and sleek. I will say that the openings for the shoes are smaller than I thought. They fit children's shoes perfectly. However, adult shoes are more difficult to fit in as a pair. You have to arrange the shoes in a cubicle accordingly. But it is great overall.

Love this shoe rack! I think the hardest part of putting it together was opening the box though! Hahahahaaas

My shoes Love this!

The rack is made sturdy, was shipped earlier than stated. The only reason a gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I'm a women size 8 and my shoes will not fit side by side in the boxes, I have to put one shoe on it's side. Mens shoes would have to stack, and the whole purpose  in these type of organizers is to keep your shoes from getting smashed. So was disappointed in that. Guess I should of measured better before purchasing.  But picture was misleading. So just a heads up if this would be a problem for you.

Measure before purchasing!

Shipping was on time, but unfortunately it was shipped without the hardware. My husband contacted Prepac company and they were very good about shipping out the hardware promptly and at no charge, so we were pleased about that.
When assembled though, this cabinet barely fits one shoe per hole unless you put the shoes on their sides and even then, if they're not sandals or smaller shoes, they simply won't fit. I was hoping to at least be able to lay my shoes down facing out so I could see which shoes to choose, but they have to be crammed in there sideways, and I have small feet . You definitely can't fit boots in there or even shoes with high heels (I mostly wear flats luckily). 
All in all for what I paid for it I'm not that thrilled. I probably could have purchased something less expensive that would have done the same thing.

Its beautiful, but arrived damaged in a few spots

Poor packaging

Perfect storage solution for shoes however came with chipped coating and many dents. Did not return because it was quite heavy and we intend to leave it in the garage anyways.

Item arrived damaged. I reached out to the company and had a back and forth about how to return an item that was already built. They offered 20% off to keep the item. After some back and forth via email, they refunded $90.

Cheaply made … arrived damanged

Literally didnt send me the screws. Or anything. I wasted $200 and cant return it and just have 84lbs of slab on my floor.

Didnt send the hardware to connect pieces.
