I had this Nuwave in red and I dropped the handle and it broke so I had to purchase another. I just love Nuwave it fits the counter space I have nicely. The black is nice and sleek love the color and the digital lighting is brighter on the black than the red Nuwave. Im a happy camper and I wont be dropping this one

Does a great job.  The release to close the top is on the back hinge and I have burnt myself twice trying to re-close the top after checking or turning food. I would give it 5
Stars if it were not for that

Good with one problem

First off, let me start by saying I love how well this machine cooks the food and the ease of it. That being said, that is the ONLY reason why I didn't give it 1 star. I am very disappointed in the durability of this machine. First, almost all of the buttons have letters/words rubbed off. This started less than a month after purchase, but because it was working so well.. I overlooked it since I mostly know what buttons are what and I am the only one really using it.. Now, each time I use this machine, the drawer doesn't stay closed. Multiple times while cooking the "Open" sign pops up and stops cooking. I have to have the drawer closed a specific way for it to work properly without it continuing to stop cooking. It's very frustrating and disappointing since I have only been using this machine since February. Unfortunately, now it is past the return date so I will probably just have to bite the bullet and purchase another one.

I would not recommend this product.

Buttons rubbed off/drawer doesn't stay closed

I bought this air fryer back in May 2020 it’s now September 2020 and it’s stopped working. I had French fries and chicken nuggets heating up when it decided to stop working. When it worked it worked really well. I’m very unhappy!!

Buyer BEWARE!!

Not a good sign that this is a well-built machine. At this rate, in a month we won't know which buttons are where. Unacceptable. Going to return it.
