I have nothing negative to say here.. This grill set up worth every penny I spent on it.. Loved the heavy duty cast iron grates and that pull out tray under neath the pit so you can keep it clean and have fewer grease flare ups awesome grill... I line that tray with heavy duty foil and made it even easier to keep it grease resin free .... Nothing negative at all big ten on This expert grill ...

where do I start. this grill is the perfect size for a family of four. I got this for a heck of a deal at $87 in store at walmart. definitely worth at least a few hundred dollars. installation by myself took about an hour and a half. although if you had two people I'm sure it would only take 30 minutes. instructions were fairly simple to put together although there were some screws that were already in the grill that you had to take out that we're not explained on the instructions. once I figured that out it was a breeze. just grilled for the first time in this baby gets hot pretty fast. definitely a wonderful grill for our family and I would highly recommend to anybody who needs a quality product at a great price.

I LOVE THIS GRILL!!!! Its big enough to grill for my family. But not too big where it takes up too much space on my balcony. I love the black and steel look it has and works great!!! Definitely recommend this grill. It was easy to put together as well

Overall very happy with this grill, it looks nice and works well. Bought as a gift for my boyfriend. When we were putting it together we noticed that front of the grill where the temperature knobs are is dented out. It made it to where we could not attach the side on correctly and now it is slanted. This makes it difficult to use and put food on it.

Would be better if wasn't damaged

I received my grill by delivering but the rips on the box look like it was in the warehouse already ripped for a while the corners of my grill are bent down so I cannot connect the side shelves to the grill

We open the package and the whole top of the grill is dented. This is after we opened the bike was putting the bike together and the reflectors broken and the pad and the brakes weren't even hooked up and missing the screws for the pad. I'm so fed up with this with Walmart this week That I feel like I shouldn't even call and complain a second time but I am going to

Second thing I bought that was ruined

Christmas gift for my daughter. Started to assemble grill before noticing front plate, where the knobs are, was dented.  Which is also causing the side shelves to be askew.  There is another sizeable dent in the back.  Box already broken down.  So now, we're going to have to bend and modify it.  It already looks terrible.  Sadly, too late for a refund.  Will never order a big ticket item from Walmart again.
