La barre de massage dont je ne pourrais plus me passer. La barre est assez ferme pour travailler en profondeur sans être trop agressive. Le roulement à bille aide à rendre le tout délicat. Un produit de qualité pour en avoir essayé plusieurs. Je l'adore !

Les roulements à billes procurent un massage en douceur et facile d’utilisation. J’aime beaucoup la texture du caoutchouc antidérapante, les pics ne sont pas douloureux et relaxent bien les muscles tendus. J’aime le fait qu’il soit un peu lourd pour peser sur la région à masser sans trop de difficulté.

The bearings in this thing are the highest quality ever! It spins so easily and it's almost addictive to spin it during use. As a roller, it works really well on my thighs / quads and my neck after bike rides, best purchase I have made in a while.
