Room was nicely upgraded. Breakfast was great. Staff outstanding and accommodating. We got in very early from USA, checked in, they held our baggage. We explored a bit. They texted me shortly thereafter to let me know the had my room ready. This was much appreciated, as we were very tired.

Fire alarm went off twice a day everyday at terrible times, room was on a sub level with views of an alley, two different elevators, one up then one down to get the room. The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, modern and clean.

The room was wonderful and the location was very convenient. However, the staff was very rude. I feel like I was treated poorly, despite spending good money to stay here. Plenty of other options in Dublin.
