How will my order be packaged?

All orders will be packed in special reusable thermal insulated foil bags.

Who will contact the customer prior to delivery?

An automated SMS will be sent to the customer once the parcel is scheduled for delivery and has been picked up.

What happens if a customer is not at home?

Please ensure that someone is home to receive your deliveries, as our products are subject to temperature abuse if left at your doorstep. Re-delivery fees apply if you are unable to receive your package when our friendly drivers arrive at your doorsteps. Refunds will not be entertained if you are not home to receive your goods.

If you insist that we leave your package at your doorstep, do note that we will not be liable for any temperature abuse of our products or for any missing products left at the doorstep.
