No, it&#39;s made from plastic and will probably malform

I've had a few different microwave bacon cookers in the past, but none with a lid. No more paper towels or grease splatters. Will cook 4-5 strips. Highly recommend.

Best microwave bacon cooker

So far I'm happy with the product!  It holds about 6 pieces! Cooks evenly; I do 4 min, then 2 min, %26 then 2 min more. Cooked perfect! Would be nice if did a whole pack.

Works very well

It's the perfect solution to cook bacon or reheat food in the microwave. If you plan to cook bacon. Make sure you lay a paper towel down. Makes for easier cleanup.

Very useful

i barely can get 6 slices of bacon on the tray. with lid on, there is very little bacon fat splatter but i do get a lot water vapor. consequently my bacon stay moist. since this is new tray, its fairly easy to clean. im okay with tray for the occasional microwave needs. i prefer skillet bacon and will be my main way to cook bacon.

work wells for my needs

Overall, I'm pleased with this cooker, and have used it several times a week for at least 3 months.  Enough time to write a fair and adequate review.  I only buy thick sliced premium bacon, and can get a maximum of 5-6 slices on at one time without overlap.  Due to the slightly curved design, sometimes I need to make little waves in the outer slices to make them fit.  The quality of cooking is quite good, although initially there was a bit of a plastic smell released.  All the slices cook evenly.   The vented lid allows steam out, but keeps spatters in.  The ribbed tray channels away the rendered fat and the cooked bacon comes out easily.  Easy cleanup in the dishwasher.  My only complaint is that with repeated use, the tray is now slightly warped, despite being made of some very high-quality plastic.  That's the only thing keeping me from giving a 5-star review.

My Go-To Microwave Bacon Cooker

I wanted something to cook bacon in, so I bought this microwave dish with cover. Cooks bacon just how I like it. The dish is square and it doesn,t rotate because it hits the sides of my microwave. I was surprised to see how nice the bacon was.

Nice bacon dish and would recommend it.

I am enjoying this item.  It is a simple and non-messy way to cook bacon.  I had to experiment with it at first to get the desired results, but that was not a problem.

Easy bacon

Works ok but doesn't fit in our normal sized microwave. I have to take the rotating plate out, cook for 1 min intervals, and turn after checking each time. I can fit 6-7 pieces of bacon on it. For me, this still beats pan frying because we tend to burn it and the grease splatter is not safe for my young kids.

Ok but…

I LIKE BEING ABLE TO COOK BACON IN THE MICROWAVE BUT I FIXED 2 SLICES OF BACON IT STATED 2 MI UTES PER SLICE IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED BUT IT DID THE JOB.
