We're so glad you're here! We absolutely love bringing you the very best personalized, reusable bags on the market.

It's time to head back to school! After a short summer, it's time to be back in the classroom and this year you're going to be ready. Here at the Zippered Zebra, you'll find lots of products to make mornings and school days easier. Choose from our reusable sandwich bags for lunch or snacks, our quilted cases to hold pencils and pens and our Cupbandz to make sure your water bottles make it home.

Our bags are all handmade and each one can be monogrammed with any name, initial or saying. Our Cupbandz have been featured on the Today Show (August 2019) as a must-have back-to-school item, but they are great to use year-round to eliminate the question: whose drink is whose?!

PLEASE note that we ship our items as quickly as possible but NONE of our products are pre-made so as to be the best fit for you and not someone else! This is why our turnaround time is a bit longer than Amazon. Shipping times are stated at checkout, and we are working to keep to that to the very best of our ability. Also note that the post office has increased their shipping times so please allow adequate time for delivery. Let us know in advance if you have deadlines. PLEASE also note that free shipping is first class only. In order for your items to ship Priority you must pay for the upgrade.

⮚All items are individually MADE TO ORDER. We try to keep stock of all materials, but do not have completed items on hand. This means we fill items on a first come, first serve basis. Items pictured in each listing are examples only. Upgrades pictured such as name or clasp are not included unless paid for.

How long will my order take to ship?

All items ship via USPS. First class is standard, and typically arrives in 3-4 days in the continental US.

Why Two Week Production?

All items are individually MADE TO ORDER. We try to keep stock of all materials, but do not have completed items on hand. This means we fill items on a first come, first serve basis.

Will my item ship faster without personalization?

No. Whether you order a reusable bag, pencil case, or another item, we embroider and make the item when you order it. With or without name does not change your production speed.

Why don't we accept cancellations?

Companies that offer personalized products typically do not allow orders to be canceled. For us, we start setting aside materials right away. We are a small company so changes and cancellations really halt our production and interfere with workflow. Please just be sure of your need by date, size, color, and any changes you need to make BEFORE ordering.
