The VanderMarck Boutique Hotel Located Downtown Collingwood is a 9 suite luxury boutique hotel offering short term and extended stay options. The hotel has no front desk and offers guests maximum privacy. The latest in technology and security is incorporated into the hotel, everything is done completely wirelessly from booking your suite to check-in.

The house has a unique history, built-in 1912 for the town doctor and onetime Mayor. We have re-imagined this old house with one goal, creating a memorable experience for our guests. Everything throughout has been selected with care, including the beautiful photography, luxury linens, designer furniture, accessories, handcrafted bath products. The hotel has undergone extensive renovation and boasts a beautiful outdoor common area with several water features where guests can relax.

Suite 308 - Studio. 1 Queen, 277sf

This bright third-floor studio may be our smallest, but you won't be disappointed! It features a Queen size bed and a kitchenette complete with, microwave, mini-fridge and anything else you need for a quick snack or cup of tea. The beautifully finished spa-like bath has a walk-in shower, with locally crafted bath and body products, hairdryer and makeup mirror. Nespresso coffee, BMTCo Tea, fine linens and towels are included with your stay. This studio also offers free access to parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix and Cable. Access to laundry is available on the second floor of the hotel.

Wonderful
We had a really great experience here. It was nice that there was an automated check in and check out. Super convenient and easy. And the property was lovely! The patio was gorgeous and we were surprised with all of the amenities that the room included. Would definitely stay again
