I swear this is the only reason why my hair is growing with actual results... ps i use it to massage my head realistically only once a week for 20 min, or more if i can remember...also when it's dry and i';m chilling. i try to keep it in eyesight so i can remember to do it more often.

I wasn't sure if it would be too intense and it's not at all. The spikey parts are soft and so whatever pressure you apply determines the intensity. I really like it for spreading shampoo around my scalp, or hair oil, or simply massaging my head while in the shower.
