About The Artwork
In the Spring/Summer of 2017 my paintings started to evolve and become more abstract. My interest during this time has been a focus on line, color and shapes and how they add movement in a piece. Although these pieces feel fresh and new to me, they come about by much more thought to get the piece to work. I am thrilled with the direction my work is going in - they have a new energy and spirit. Abstract landcape painting using professional grade acrylics on heavy cotton gallery wrapped canvas. The sides are painted and it is wired and ready to hang.

I am an internationally collected artist originally from Taunton, Massachusetts. I have a degree in Accounting from Bryant University but have been making art since I was very young. I am mainly inspired by color and shapes found in nature. Although I have moments of creating vibrant and dynamic paintings, I tend to prefer quiet and minimalistic pieces. These feel more intimate and soulful to me. In 2016 I was invited to become an Artist member of the Art in Embassies program administered by the US state department. I had a painting included in an exhibition in Monrovia, Liberia at the residence of Christine Elder, the US Ambassador to Liberia. My work has been used on film, television and commercials.
