How do I provide you with the personalized information for my personalized item?
During check out, you will see a box that says "personalize" or "note to sugarcreeklane". Please provide all the information for your order within that box.
How long does it take to ship my item?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. Add an additional 5-7 days for USPS First Class Mail, 2-3 days for delivery for USPS Priority Mail and 1-2 business days for Express. **Please note: Due to the current pandemic USPS Priority mail is no longer guaranteed 2-3 day delivery. Some packages may be delayed.
This is a gift. Can I have it shipped directly to the recipient?
Yes, absolutely. Be sure to change the "Ship To" name and address accordingly, during check out. You may also fill in the "Gift Message" box,(also during checkout) that we will print and include with your gift.
