Great buy!

This is a good set of exercise bands. I also like the sliders as they work well on the carpet. I wasnât supposed to get these until the 18th-24th but they came today, so super fast shipping. The extra light band has very little resistance for me  but all the other increments are solid and provide exactly what I need.

Solid exercise band set

This is a really nice kit of everything I need for my hone workouts. The slides work on hardwood floors as well as carpet. The resistance loops are strong and even better that the set I had previously from another company. Really nice for the price and they were delivered pretty quickly.

Five stars for quick delivery. Bands are pretty light weight, including the black which is supposed to be extra heavy.

Overall a good product. Lighter intensity bands a little weak and floppy, hard to work with. Higher intensity bands worked the best.

Feel the burn

Bands are clearly marked with strength indicators. I have natural wood floors and the cloth side of sliders work perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Uses them every home workout

To be absoulty honest i was expecting a way better quality and stronger bands. This bands were very thing to the point i thought we going to break if i pulled them too hard. The black one is supposed to be the hardest one was not. But the worst part is that they roll down when using them..
