Hi all, 

I am a home baker I have made thousands of cakes starting all the way back to 2010! I have always been afraid of working with fondant until recently upon doing research for a upcoming cake I have A LOT of bakers use piping gel as an adhesive for fondant pieces. But the %231 talked about brand was Wilton! I gave it a whirl and I am so glad that I did because it worked wonderfully!

Wilton piping gel is the best I have found to work with fondant details for cakes. Love all Wilton products and love I am able to find them and Walmart.

I use this product for a water effect on my cakes. It dyes well and is flavorless. I've tried other brands of piping gel but this is by far the best.

The only piping gel I use

I use the gel to adhere fondant and edible images to cakes. It gives it a stronger hold. U used it to glue the purse handle symbol, edible image, and zipper. This isy go to for all my theme designs.

Pleasantly surprised

I'm not exactly sure how I felt about this, so I got it for cake, pops and chocolate and to me it kind of like watered my sprinkles down when I did a sample run so I'm not really sure maybe I didn't know how to use it, right
