This house is perfect for my 2 almost 3 yr old son. From the moment it was out the box he tried helping me put it together.  Very easy to put together.  Only things I don't like is that it moves easily on my wood floors. I'll just get an area rug to fix that.

Perfect

My kids are in love with the cottage playhouse. It has the perfect size for my yard. It was easy for me to assemble it on my own. It took me about an hour to build it. The colors and material are sturdy and durable. I like the different options that you have when building it. My kids spend hours outside playing in it.

Such a fun toy for kids

Playhouse was very easy to put together, less than one hour.  Had it shipped to my house and in perfect condition, no broken or missing parts.   The house walls are not as thick as the more expensive houses, but expected that.  Definitely worth buying.

Great toddler playhouse

Extremely easy to put together I did I all alone with my 2 year old attached to my hip the entire time with excitement! This play house is excellent in every way I have not one complaint all the children love it and its spacious enough to fit the small play kitchen we own and tiny folding cushion sofa... this is exactly as I excepted and I am so happy with this purchase!

Fit for a Princess

Bought this for my daughter who is turning 3 next week. She absolutely loves her playhouse! She unintentionally asked for a pink house and a purple roof believe it or not. This came up during my Google search and didn't disappoint.

My 3 year old loves it!

Little Tykes is a great product.  Sturdy, colorful, and encourages hours of imagination in child play!  Bought this for my 1.5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. It shipped quickly to their house in perfect condition.  Best of all, she can put a lot of her smaller toys in the house which helps to "clean up"!  Great price at the time!  Highly recommended!

Perfect Gift!

I ordered this item online but it was mistakenly delivered to our local Walmart. Instead of waiting for another day, I just picked it up the same day. Take note, it is a big product. I don't think it will fit in sedan and suv i doubt too. It is easy to assemble just snap the roof and four walls and some accessories. Size is good for my 2 toddlers (4 & 3 yrs old). We like this product it is pretty and reasonable price. The design is a replica of a real house which every kids will like. Durability wise, I don't think this product will last outdoor especially if you are living in a windy area. Since, this is intended to be an indoor toy we have no problem about that. Overall, i will still recommend this.

Cape Cottage Playhouse

Got this for my two year old. She loves it but it's hard to put anything inside. It's so small. Even her small plastic chairs barely fit. One strong gust of wind blew it on its side. It's definitely not made like I remember them as a kid. She has a blast but I constantly have to get her older brothers 5 and 8 off of it or they will break it easily. I don't feel it's worth the price at all. We got on a Black Friday sale.

Cute but small and thin

I bought this for my two year old daughter, she loves it. It's as simple as can be, nothing much to it. It came with no stickers to decorate with I suppose that's why it's the price it is. Easy to assemble.

Simple play.

They waa delays in shipment and then when it finally came it was a used item I guess delays was because they were out and were waiting for a return. This item was used and abused. I couldn't return because my 3 year old had seen it and returning would have started a world war
