HOW DO I APPLY THESE STARS?
Our stars are SUPER easy to install - just peel and stick individually. Also, because they're flexible they will conform to virtually any surface and stay put for years!
HOW DO I CHARGE MY STARS AND HOW LONG DO THEY GLOW?
Simply by exposing them to light for 10 minutes or more is usually adequate but the brighter the light (artificial or natural) the quicker they charge as they work by absorbing ambient light until 'saturated' - and once saturated you will get a full 10 hours of glow time - no other glow film or glow product even comes close to this.
HOW LONG WILL THESE CONTINUE THEIR ABILITY TO GLOW?
Our stars will last a lifetime! They glow for 10 hours at a time before requiring re-exposure to a light source of any kind but will continue this cycle for decades!
WHICH STAR SET WILL I NEED?
Our standard $21 set will be plenty for a small 10' x 12' bedroom
Our deluxe $34 set will be plenty for a larger master bedroom
ARE THEY REMOVABLE AND REUSABLE?
As long as you use the provided plastic razor blade or similar, you will be able to remove them and reapply elsewhere if done carefully and placed back onto wax paper to protect the adhesive till the next install.
HOW DO I ARRANGE MY STARS FOR THE MOST REALISTIC APPEARANCE?
For realism, try to avoid making 'patterns' but rather apply sporadically - just like our night sky is! Prior to install, we recommend exposing them to light for 10 minutes or so, then darken your room as much as you're comfortable with and THEN apply them - much easier to see placement that way since our stars blend in with most light colored walls during the daytime.
DOES THE COLOR OF MY CEILING MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE?
No, makes zero difference. Our stars glow brightly against any color surface when the lights are turned off. During daylight, they would of course be more noticeable if applied to a dark surface but on most light colored surfaces such as the standard eggshell white, our stars are nearly invisible during the daytime.
CAN I USE THESE ON A POPCORN CEILING?
Yes! We have had many customers say our stars are the only ones they've found that stick well on acoustic (popcorn) ceilings. Since the material is made from soft vinyl with a high quality adhesive, they conform and stick very well to uneven surfaces.
WILL THESE HARM MY PAINT?
In six years of selling our stars, we have had ZERO issues regarding any difficulty or damage of paint when removing. This is in large part because we include a plastic razor blade with every order which greatly facilitates removal.
ARE THEY SO BRIGHT THAT THEY'll KEEP ME AWAKE?
Not at all - they don't 'light up' your room but rather have a very natural, pleasant and realistic night sky appearance that is very relaxing to fall asleep to.

WHAT MAKES OUR STARS SO UNIQUE?
Not only do our stars have a strong adhesive back for convenience, all our glow stars and glow products provide THE most intense and longest glow of any luminous material you will find on the internet or in retail - our rave reviews found in our feedback bears this out.
Further, most all of the other Glow-in-the-dark stars you’ll find elsewhere are typically constructed of hard plastic that glow decently only for a few minutes. More importantly, our stars stay stuck on your ceilings and walls since they are cut from a soft adhesive-back vinyl. Most of the common place 'novelty stars' require clay adhesive and when they fall, will result in a very dangerous chocking hazard.
Another unique feature with our stars is they are not cut from cheap ‘novelty grade’ glow vinyl like most, but rather from a commercial grade photo-luminous vinyl designed for maximum glow for the longest time (10 hours) and the ability to fully ‘recharge’ in only 10-15 minutes! Best of all, your stars will glow for many, many years to come!
