What is the maximum time I can wait before applying the 2nd coat? I had several days of bad weather before applying the 2nd coat. Can I still do that now?

We used Behr Hi Glass exterior water base paint on our deck 5 years ago. We have pressure washed the deck. Can I paint over the existing paint. The color is white on the deck and it is glaring with the sun. Will Cape Cod Gary solid color not be glaring?

If the existing paint is glossy, I'd recommend scuff-sanding it first with 150-180 grit sandpaper. Also I'd recommend cleaning the surface with our All-In-One Wood Cleaner before applying the stain. Please tell me about thinning with water for spraying

The product can be sprayed at packaged consistency using an airless sprayer using a 60 mesh filter and a .015-.019 tip size.
