What kind of film can I get developed? 

Through our Film Program we currently offer development of 35mm Color, 35mm B+W, 120mm Color, 120mm B+W film.  All brands under these categories should be okay. If you have a question about a specific type of film please reach out to us before placing an order. 


Does my order include development and scanning? 

Yup! Every Film Program order includes development, scanning, and emailing for no extra fees. 


What's the turnaround time for film development?

From the time we receive your rolls you can expect to receive a link to your photos within 1-3 business days. 


How are scan files delivered? 

Your photos scans will be delivered to the email on file via a Wetransfer link. Click here to check out a sample of what you will receive. 


Can I change my email address on file? 

Yup definitely. Shoot us an email with your order number and the correct email and we'll change it in our system. 


What is the quality of the scans?

Our scans are Medium - High quality. They come in at around 2000x3000 pixels and 3-5mb. 


Do you develop any disposable cameras? 

Yup through our Film Program we can develop any disposable camera! This includes waterproof cameras, our own custom cameras, and  everything in-between. 

Can I get prints of my photos? 

We currently don't offer photo prints for any of our services. 


How can I receive my negatives? 

You can request to receive your negatives in the "Notes" section of your checkout. You can also email us with your order number once you receive your photos to request them. There is no additional charge to get your negatives. 


Do you guys develop E6 film?We currently do not develop E-6 color positive Slide Film. 


My roll came back blank, what can I do? 

We understand that is one of the worst feelings.

Some of the main causes are:

1. Not loading the film properly in the camera

2. Severe under or overexposure

3. Camera malfunction

4. New or unused roll

Unfortunately because we go through the process of developing a roll before it comes up blank we can't offer any refunds when this happens.
