A: No it doesn’t come with it, Final Cut Pro is $300
A: This model can be purchased with either 8GB or 16GB of RAM, but the RAM can not be upgraded/added at a later date. If you feel you will need 16GB of RAM then you must purchase the MacBook with the 16GB. Hope this helps.
