Pros (+) Charming boutique hotel. Friendly staff (Geronimo is particular was brilliant). Very comfortable beds.
Cons (-) A little bit expensive for what it is. Rooms a little cramped.

Jamie, Feb 2025
Pros (+) Great staff and boutique feel to the hotel. Lovely setting by the river and easy access to the larger Town.
Cons (-) No door on bedroom en suite. A couple of the beds had slight 'roll-together'. For the price breakfast should be included.

Cons (-) It was very hot in the room despite turning the heating off and opening the windows. I think the bedding was just too hot for the time of year. Only one coffee pod per person was also very little. Whilst we admit we only slept at the hotel and did not use any facilities, it seemed seriously over-priced at £600 for what it was!

Eoin, Jan 2025
Pros (+) Lovely boutique hotel, by the river, walking distance from the station and the park. Lots of cafes nearby. Great breakfast. My room was small but cosy with everything I needed. Lovely bar too.
Cons (-) Small point: windows a bit old, so might be noise in summer, but that's only a guess.

Pros (+) Super cosy stay, right on the river. Amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff they went above and beyond. Stayed here for NYE’s, amazing party downstairs, lovely dining area upstairs. Bedroom was amazing, great copper bath tub. Was the perfect NYE stay.

Renee, Jan 2025
Pros (+) The staff were amazing, especially Troy. He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He is exactly the kind of person you want working at a hotel you're staying at to make your experience even better. The location is amazing, it's right on the river front but also really easy to walk anywhere in Richmond. The rooms are more spacious than I expected and really comfortable, the food was also quite...
Cons (-) Additional service charges are added at every single point, including on top of £250 tasting menu which felt a little excessive. Charging £10 extra for 2 coffees at breakfast is also a little ridiculous given breakfast is included. Although the hotel was really lovely all the extras made it overall feel less value for what was paid.

Pros (+) Good location , staff on the whole very pleasant.
Cons (-) Booked a river view room. Given top floor room with a concrete wall obscuring the view of the river. Toiletries in thick heavy glass bottles. Not overly practical. The hotel could do with new carpets and fresh lick of paint. All feels bit grubby.
