We received this product on July 2nd and have been using it for about two weeks. My youngest son has been learning his letters and letter sounds. This product has been a great help and he is really enjoying using it! Even his older brother, who already reads, has joined in on the fun! The letter base and letters attach easily to the fridge or can be used on a table or floor. There are three different levels for learning. The first level tells what letter it is, the second level repeats fun phrases that begin with the letter sound and teaches the letter sound, and the third level repeats the letter sound several times followed by the fun phrase. My son (who is 3) can use this independently and it keeps his attention for a good amount of time. He will sit with this toy longer than with watching a learning video. The only drawback is that it does not come with a storage bag or case. However, I easily found a bag to put it in. Overall, this is a great learning product for a wide range of ages. It can be enjoyed independently by a child or together as a family. Also, it is affordable and a good value for the money. I would recommend this product to other families looking to help their child learn and have fun!

Letter Learning Fun!!!

Love this for kids. My daughter had one and now my nephew has one. Sticks on fridge and plays sound when you put a letter in it.

I had one on my fridge from my oldest grandson when my youngest granson came and stayed for two weeks and when he left and went home he was making the sounds of more than half of the alphabets.  He had to have one for his fridge at home at that point to continue to learn.

i have worked with young children with disabilities for years, and this toy is 1 that i have bought multiple times.  it teaches so many skills and the children love it.  i have 5 of them myself (for the kids, i  worked with, and 1 for my son).  my child knew phonics by the age of 2 because of this toy!
this has assisted my children that i worked with that had developmental disabilities.   they loved it and learned how to make sounds. we were teaching them for speech acquisition.   i would recommend it to anyone with a small child and anyone with a non-verbal or partially verbal child.

My 2 year old son has a lot of fun playing with this toy. He will play with it for a really long time. The levels on the bottom do not really do anything. They all seem to play the same songs and say the same things. I wish this came with a bag or something to keep all of the letters in. I know that they are supposed to be kept on the fridge, but my son likes to sit with it around the house. This is a great way to learn the alphabet! I like it because it teaches the kids the letters and the sounds. The dislike is that there's no lower case letters . Everything that I look at is always capital and no lower case and they need that too.

I know times are hard but a bag would have sufficed. This is how my items shipped from GA to TX. Glad I was alone when I went to the mailbox.

This toy is not at all up to the LeapFrog standards we have come to expect.
It will not stay on the fridge - it won't even stick to a cast iron safe. It just slides down. We have the old style and they stick really well. The letters on the new ones are much smaller too.  Our granddaughter loves it but it will have to be a playpen toy it won't work on the fridge.  I am going to blame this on Vtech taking over.

Extremely disappointed.

I would have loved this item. Due to missing alphabet letter U I was highly disappointed.
