ecobee's Smart Thermostat Premium is brilliant at savings and comfort, allowing you to optimize your energy use through superior intelligence and technology. Included SmartSensor eliminates hot and cold spots and adjusts the temperature in the rooms that matter most. A built-in air quality monitor, smoke alarm detection, and geofencing technology to understand occupancy are just a few of the features that make saving energy just the beginning. Works with Siri, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, SmartThings, and IFTT. (Apple home hub required to enable Siri).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent smart thermostat! (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Well thank you influentster and ecobee! I was so excited to learn that I was getting this thermostat. Prior to this one, I was using another smart thermostat (I’m sure you can guess which one) but I have since switched to ecobee. It’s super easy to use and very convenient. It provides information regarding indoor quality and learns your schedule so you don’t need to always adjust it. I also really love the sleek design. The price is comparably to some of the other smart thermostats but certainly worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Thermostat! Highly recommend. The Ecobee Smart Premium Thermostat, along with the extra sensors purchased, are exactly what I needed. It allows me to monitor the temperature throughout my home, which has a separate guest suite in the two lower levels. I can change the temperature remotely no matter where I am and see what the temperature is on all 4 levels using the app. What is really awesome is I can send an invite through the app to guests so they can adjust the thermostat themselves. It functions exactly the way I hoped it would and I recommend it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy any other thermostat After having this thermostat for a year and trying literally everything I can to make it work, I can confidently say this is the single worst thermostat ever created. I can use literally ANY OTHER thermometer and get a reading easily 2c warmer than the thermostat does, but applying offset isn't viable because it depends on if there's any airflow(if the furnace is on) if it's off by 2c or 5c.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ecobee is way better than a google nest If you want a smart thermostat..this is the one you want. Easy to use, does what you tell it to, amazing! Love it. I originally had a nest which was a pile of junk. Do not buy nest, treat yourself with a ecobee. Home depot also beat a competitors price by 10%.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Annoying Doesn't keep accurate temperatures. Hygrometer is more accurate, humidity, temperature. Plus constantly bombarded with emails, I.e., humidity too high and unable to adjust, so shut off wifi. So much for making life easier.

Can this be set up in farenheit or celsius?

Can the ecobee tell the temperature in my bedroom if it is installed physically in the kitchen? Kitchen and bedroom are in different floors. Thanks

We recommend placing the included SmartSensor in the rooms most important to you to measure the temperature and occupancy. Your ecobee smart thermostat will average the temperature of all included SmartSensors in your Comfort Setting.
