We brought it home Jan. 2nd and it'e performed as expected and surpassed our expectations.    
The instructions did not seem to tell us how often to put in the ascorbic acid pwd.    We will put it in every other 
filling as we were given three packets with device.

IT IS AMAZING

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I  absolutely love my new air purifier. The digital screen and the unit's ability to narrow down what time of pollutant is in play is so neat!

The unit hold at least a week's worth of water as well so you do not need to constantly worry about refilling it to keep the air appropriately humidified. 

The design is sleek and futuristic and is an instant conversation starter for anyone who sees it. Also light enough to move to different rooms if needed. Awesome device!

Super quiet and efficient!  East to work, wish the timer would go to 12 hours, otherwise great!

Worth the $

This is my second Dyson humidifier. My husband and I both benefit from the humidity and filtered air. Now, we can position them in the house more easily!

Filled with water and it's been 3 weeks and still have lots of water left. Almost seems not to be working.I was disappointed that it didn't cover a larger area. It's kind of too much for my bedroom so I have it on nite mode.

does not humidify the air. Before sleep was 32%💧, and 27%💧 at morning

I can't believe I was breathing in moldy air this whole time. I've been using the PH04 normally every single day and have been noticing this frequent moldy smell coming from the unit. Today I found the reason and now I'm at a loss for words. This is highly dangerous, can't believe Dyson would build something this faulty.

It's sad because I love Dyson products but this all in one machine should be recalled. I'm now on my 4th machine. They work for awhile until they don't. I even maintain mine and change the filters etc… The one that was sent to me a few weeks ago now won't turn on. I'm extremely frustrated and will end up throwing the machine out. Very sad.

I've had my Dyson purifier for more than a year. It has worked great until I recently performing the deep cleaning cycle and look closer into the cylinder that is placed into the tub and pulled out the filter and found a ton of black mold. Who knows how long I've been breathing in mold. I've performed the deep cycle whenever the machine prompts me. I've been trying to remove it with more citric acid but there is still some left. (see picture) 

I've like all other items from Dyson but I don't know if i should continue use this 'purifier' if it spreads mold.
