Shipping policy
Domestic orders
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing
- all shipping providers have informed us that delays could occur due to overflow of shipments throughout the United States.
International orders
- Please allow 7-14 business days for processing (shipping time occurs after processing time.)
- all shipping providers have informed us that delays could occur due to overflow of shipments going out of the country
- if international orders become lost in transit, our team will work with our shipping provider to track down the order
- refund request for lost shipments must have original order returned or located. (we will contact shipping provider)
Sales/Holiday Offers
- Please allow and extra 4-5 business days for all orders that are placed during major sale dates and holidays
- EX: BOGO, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Mothers/Father Day, ETC.
Small Batch/Reserve/Limited Edition
- Please note items in the categories listed above are made to order. Please allow around 2 weeks to see shipment date/tracking number
