[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love to play with the cool toy - VTech Helping Heroes Fire Station.  This set includes Firefighters Fiona and Frankie sleep, relax and work out in the multi-level fire station which can be transformed into a fire truck instantly.  Again when needed the fire truck can be turned into a fire station with multi-level living spaces.

This amazing toy consists of three play modes that teach kids firefighter fun facts, play songs and melodies, and engage kids with training and rescue games.  This toy is super attractive to all kids, even adults love to watch this toy into action.  When either of the firefighters are placed on the Talking Point sound effects, melodies and songs can be heard as well as the characters talk.

My kids love playing with this amazing Fire Station which can convert to a Fire Truck and their eyes get wide with wonder.  I love to watch them being so happy which in turn makes me happy too.  I have already recommended this amazing VTech Helping Heroes Fire Station to several of my friends and family with small kids, and many of them have already purchased it for their kids, and their kids love playing with this toy so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter whom is 3 loves her fire truck and station! I love Vetech and how it incorporates learning and fun. It's very well made and even stands up to her dancing around and real forewoman play! There is a lot to do and I was surprised how big it gets.

Amazing Fire And More learning

My grandson plays with this for long periods at a time. This toy catches his attention and keeps him interested. I like the fact that it not only act as a vehicle, but also a firehouse and helicopter pad. And it comes with little people and little vehicles

My 2 year old grandson LOVES  this Firetruck!

My Grand child loves it. Anything to do with Fire trucks and he is a happy kid!  No problem with opening or closing the truck!  I would recommend this toy in a heartbeat!

I really like that you can do so much with this fire truck. And, Wow I didn't expect it to be so big. It's actually twice the size I thought it was. My grandson is enjoying it and I love that he can learn from it as well.

It's cute and the sounds and decals are great but I don't recommend it at all. The top of the cab doesn't snap into place no matter what you do and I'm an adult and can't do it. How is a child supposed to do it? I'm going to be calling vtech.

Design is horrible!  It doesn't close tightly to be in truck mode, the functionality is not very smooth.  The tower mode is not very straight.  The toys fall off of it and the attached items are  useless.

What started as an exciting, happy present opening on Christmas Day turned into a disappointment. When my granddaughter first opened the box, she was delighted. Unfortunately, I will vividly remember the look of sadness on my granddaughters face when she opened this fire truck and attempted to close it again. It doesnt stay closed. This wasnt mishandled or played with roughly at all. It was broken from the start. 
My husband and son-in-law believe it is a design flaw, I think it is a ripoff.  Look at the first picture I posted and you can see it how bad it looks. Imagine a soon to be 3 year olds disappointment to receive a toy that doesnt close. This grandma wants to caution anyone thinking of buying this to this to rethink a potential purchase.
