Wow! All the bad reviews! But I needed it for my Cream of Wheat!  I was hesitant at first but went ahead and ordered it anyway!  So glad I did!  I just opened it 2 weeks later and there was nothing wrong with it!  No rips in the bag and the sugar was still fresh and soft so I even took a picture of it !  But Walmart is great for returns anyway so no worries there!

C%26H light brown sugar

This is excellent brown sugar.   If it gets hard, place a fresh orange peel (with all orange flesh removed) inside the bag.  It can be cut up to fit better inside. Within a few hours it will be soft again.

To fix hard sugar.

I bought the sugar several times but I haven't found it hard yet but if you do all you have to do is stick it in a container with one piece of bread and by the next day it is soft I swear you should definitely try it I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it for myself, I read that on the Internet.

Great quality

This is the absolute worst thing I've ever seen from Walmart.  Out of great value, so C %26 H was substituted (I approved the substitution).  
When I picked it up the brown sugar is literally a bag of rocks. The hardest sugar I've ever seen.  No way to break it up except with maybe a hammer.

The brown sugar is hard as a rock. I tried to include picture, but it would not upload. I cant believe they selected this item for my Wal-Mart pick up order.

Old stuff

This light brown sugar was already hard. Instead of  nice and moist crumbly normally it hardens after it's been open and sat in the pantry for weeks.   It had a good expiration date.
