LikedThis hotel is very clean and the service is wonderful. The view of the lake was nice too
DislikedThe beds are VERY uncomfortable and over-firm/hard. Also there was a woman yelling/laughing/screaming in the hallway for quite a while.

LikedBreakfast was good and delivered to our room, but my favorite thing was the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at 7:00 pm everyday!

LikedThe room was large and had a great view of the bay. The facilities in the room were excellent. The staff were helpful.
DislikedIt was further from Traverse City than we expected and the road outside was very busy.

LikedLocation was great. Stay was quiet. Room was comfortable. Beds were actually more comfortable than expected.
DislikedHVAC a little weird - both my friend and I would have liked just a fan going. Couldn't adjust that - only heat or cool.
