Nice cardigan not well made

The cardigan looks nice and fits well, but the seams on one of the sleeves frayed in under a month. I'm traveling overseas and couldn't find a way to contact customer service.

Soft and cozy

I love this sweatshirt! It is super soft and comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that it seems a little thin, but it is warm thus far into winter.
