A: I haven’t heard the term unlocked when referring the the Pro model iPad’s but there are no provider dedicated sim’s. You select your provider during setup. Owners of previous iPhones and iPads will certainly appreciate the fast and very easy setup of your new device. It clones your previous model from backup including the existing cellular information and cell number.

Q: Does this come pre-installed with Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint?
A: No. It does come with Apple’s version of those.
Q: what programs are loaded on the pad, and can I load programs such as a word or spreadsheet program.
A: MS Office 365 will load onto the iPAD. You can use the Microsoft cloud to send your work to another computer or use the iCloud to transfer data from your other computer to the iPAD.
Q: When will the shipping date be on this?
A: Took less than 2 weeks
A: At least you know when it shopped all the coronavirus will die in that weather. At least you won’t get sick or die since apple products are pretty much assembled in China.
Q: is there a port for a usb and/or SD card?
A: No. Lightning port is only port available. There are various adapters available...I would look for an adapter appropriate for the desired function.
