Early days
They are easy to chew and taste ok. My problem is I keep forgetting to take them so can’t comment on if there have been any real benefits. On day 3 and nothing bad to report so there’s a plus!

Definitely help with weight loss
I have been taking these for just on 2 weeks now and I am sticking to a healthy diet and I can honestly say I think these are helping the weight come off, I have dieted for three weeks in total 2 of which I have been taking these gummies abs in total I have lost 7 and half pounds so am looking forward to seeing what my weight loss is in another 3 weeks and I will be definitely purchasing more of these 🌟
