Not the best
by Liz on 2/14/24The singing was great, story line was broken and hard to follow. Some of the actors were (very apparently) attempting mediocre midwestern accents and it ruined their entire character, making it hard to get into the story. The way they transitioned in and out of speaking scenes to singing was odd and felt out of place instead of flowing like other performances we've seen. Out of about 12 attended performances this theatre season, pretty sure this one got put to the bottom of our list.
