Love this machine!
I've found the rotary blade to work super well to not only cut fabric but foam too. And having the roller to make sure all the surfaces stick well is essential to getting good cuts. I'm very happy with the things I've been able to make.

This works great. Only reason I gave it four stars is that there are a lot of on-going expenses associated with buying this machine. The mats don't last forever and you probably want a subscription to Cricut's designs.

Awesome Bundle for Sewing Enthusiasts
Love that this comes with supplies to work through the learning lessons on Cricut Design Space. Mildly intimidating when trying it out for the first time but I am now enjoying using the Maker 3 and look forward to trying more elaborate projects with all of its capabilities! I do feel that it could have come with the dust cover pattern for free as a part of the bundle to see how all the sewing elements and pattern cutting worked and come together.

First impression- nice for fabric
I just received this Cricut, so this review is based upon first use. I did have to hook it directly to a PC to install initial updates and begin cutting. I was not able to update using an iPad. It cut the removable vinyl test okay. The smaller pieces of the cut got pulled up off the backing, but luckily those were ones that were to come off anyway. The rotary blade was nice and cut through cotton fabric with no issues. The fabric mats that come with the sewing kit were partially folded in the box with the machine, along with the sample vinyl papers. This was disappointing, but they are sort of straightening out now that they are out of the box. Looking forward to using this blade in the future for more projects.

It Cuts Fabric Perfectly
I love the Cricut 3, its my first Cricut ever and got it to cut fabric. I am learning what style of Fonts work best for my projects. The Cricut cuts very neat on the vinyl and fabric. I am so excited to spend time personalizing my Grandchildren gifts
