The height of the bench is not adjustable.

Seat angle can be adjusted to either of two positions.

Yes it can go from completely flat to completely upright (90 degrees) which is what I needed. It&#39;s so solid and easy to adjust, I love it.

The type of tools needed for assembly is already provided to you in the hardware pack which is the 13-19mm wrench. The assembly process is not complex at all as the biggest portion of the unit is preassembled.

I believed I used an 11/16 wrench and a pair of pliers.  It took me about 30 minutes to assemble my bench.

What tools do you need to assemble?  How complex was the assembly?

This model has a total height of 48.5 in.

What is the height of this? I'm 5"4 and do run ups and the bench I currently own is too tall it is just uncomfortable to do that exercise.

You can compare this to a commercial bench.  That is how solid this is.  This is NOT a flimsy cheap bench.  It is a solid, sturdy bench made with quality at a deal of a price!  You can buy a more expensive bench and be super happy!  Or you can buy this and be super happy.  Up to you.  Hope this helps anyone.

This bench was such a pleasant surprise. It's solid, does all I hoped it would do and there was barely any assembly - it came almost fully assembled - piece-of-cake to put it together. It folds down flat and on wheels so it is easy to move around. This is true value for the price.

This was so easy to put together and is very sturdy. I like how easy it is to adjust the angle of the bench. The padding on the bench is also very good. Great value for the price---had purchased a different one for the same price at a local sporting goods store and had to return it because it was very difficult to adjust it---so glad I found this one!
