LikedThe location is great....2 min walk to Bayswater station, walking distance to Hyde Park. Hotel reception smells nice. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

DislikedThe bathroom in our room smelt of sewerage & tje extracter fan did not work but I reported on leaving & I'm sure the Management will rectify this.

LikedI’ve stayed at this hotel twice before but this time the staff were much friendlier on my arrival and went out of their way to help me with getting my bags to my room. This time I was in a petite double and I would book this again as it’s a perfect size for a solo traveler

DislikedThis hotel has a lot of internal noise from other rooms. The access to the rooms is often around for fees, with stairs etc which is tricky with big cases.
