Pass the rolls, please.
It’s not every day that you get to enjoy warm, toasty bread—but it can be, thanks to this trusty bag. It’s made in Italy from washable paper that wipes down in a snap. Plus, get this: There’s a terracotta plate inside that’ll help yesterday’s dinner rolls taste like they just came out of the oven. (Simply “bake” the plate at 250 to 350 degrees for 10 minutes and drop it in with your boules or ciabatta.) You can snag yours with a drawstring linen closure that keeps precious heat right where you want it—it leaves a small gap when it’s cinched, so extra steam can escape. Or, opt for the design that lets you roll the edges up and down however you please. Now to decide: Will it be jam or butter?
