What's Ata Din Din Sauce?

Ata Din Din (West African Red Pepper Sauce) is a caramelized sauce of vegetables. Hours on the stovetop transforms these simple ingredients into a syrupy, almost sticky relish that is deeply flavored and subtly sweet. We love to slather this sauce on our moi moi, white rice, a great dipping sauce, or jollof rice base. Simmer over chicken, meat, or fish. This West African Pepper Sauce is a great recipe starter for ease of meal preparation.

This is my all time go to sauce. I have ordered it several times and not once has this seller failed me. I love this product and try to buy at least once a month since. Plus this last order there was a Mother's Day gift with my order. Great packing, and communication if needed.

I thought I'd give Egunsi Foods a try, as I am always in desperate need of help in the culinary department. That said, my experience, from receipt of the Ata din din sauce to consumption, was absolutely wonderful. I appreciated the careful packaging of the sauces to ensure there integrity during shiping. The sauce was delicious with rice. I look forward to trying out other recipes that include Ata...
