Perfect crunch!

Slightly uneven toast across the toastie but it was xxl thick bread so will use thinner bread in future. Super easy to clean with little to no sticking! Made super tasty toasties with a lovely crunch!

Deep filled deliciousness

You can get so much more stuffed inside and it seals the edges much better too. It doesn’t take too long to heat up and you’ve got a delicious toastie within 4 minutes. Perfect for quick lunches or lazy dinners

A nostalgic treat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product to try for free from Influenster and Breville. I was so excited to try this as we had one when I was growing up and its a huge nostalgia item for me.
It's really nice and compact and can be stored on its side (it even has a bit to wrap your cable on the bottom).
It is very simple to use but there are instructions with some very good tips. For example it says when you butter the bread, don't use low fat marge or the results won't be as good because of the high water content.
This is how to use it: 1. Wipe down before first use.
2. Plug in and turn on at the wall
3. When the temp light turns amber you are good to go, it may turn on and off during cooking and that's fine
4. Put in a slice of bread butter side down, then your filling on tip, keeping away from the edges, then your final slice of bread, butter side up. It will take a bit of experiment to get the amount of filling spot on but it's not hard.
5. Close the lid and clamp shut. Leave for 4-5 mins (you will need to time thia yourself
6. Carefully remove. If it seems a bit stuck get a spatula or fish slice and carefully move under the sandwich (it's never got very stuck for me snd dislodges easily)
7. Turn off at the wall, wait for it to cool before cleaning. It's non stick so cleaning is pretty easy! Note. The plates do not remove
Just be careful if you've made something with liquid (baked beans) or tomatoes, which get very hot, to give it a min or two before biting in as it can be quite hot.
I have been eating the toasted sandwiches of my childhood and they are so good. It is easy to use and easy to clean and easy to store! Brilliant

Theres nothing worse than over filling a toastie and it all splurging out and making it soggy. With that will not happen. Its quick, easy, convenient & delicious. Definitely recommend.

Great 2 sliced toastie.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
