Often times, it has been delivered to a neighbor by mistake of the mail carrier. We will walk you through a claims through the USPS or UPS if you need assistance. Authorized returns may be accepted on some items. The return will be shipped back at the customers expense, with a up to a 25% restock fee deducted, as well as original shipping costs deducted from refund if the item had free shipping. This will be communicated before return. If the item is returned via refusal or wrong address, we do not reach out, and will consider the item abandoned 30 days after receipt.
