Excellent Stand for HD Fire HD8 Plus
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a couple of Fire HD Plus tablets during Prime Day for really good prices with Trade-Ins. Because they can do wireless charging, I was using my phone's wireless charging pads. The wireless charging of the HD Plus tablets was well worth the extra cost. But then I saw this charging stand and was wondering if it would work to charge the HD Plus as well as serve as a stand. Lo and behold, it works great as a stand and as a charger! As a matter of fact, it will charge the HD8 Plus and also the HD10 Plus. You just have to mount them in Landscape mode and exactly centered. And be careful with the HD10 Plus because it will fall backwards because of the weight if you're not careful putting it on. Now if only Amazon would allow the tablets to behave like the Echo Show so I can see my Ring devices. What are the odds of that happening? Probably ZERO! At the current price of less than $10, this is a great buy for your phone, tablet, or whatever else will fit on it. I'm sure it will work with other tablets for wireless charging too.

Very happy @ 1/2 price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great inexpensive charger that works on all of my phones no matter what case I have. Can not say that for the prior ATT charger that was double and never worked. Very happy

INSIGNIA stand review with z fold 3
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.15 mins of use. As you see in the photos when it's vertical for the z gold 3 it's close to falling over but not to were if you bump the stand, it actually holds up* well. Horizontal as you see in the photo it hits the sweet spot but only when you have the wireless charging spot towards the bottom. Folded it was the perfect size no issues. It does regular fast charging at 10watts which is the max for most phones so it gets the job done.

Great for desks, easy to recommend!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My decision to switch to wireless charging primarily stemmed from a desire to keep my desk organized. With the recent completion of my new desk setup, the phone cable was starting to get on my nerves. I like my workspace clean and organized, and I wanted to reduce the amount of cables on my desk as much as possible. I originally was going to purchase a pad for my phone to sit on, but seeing this desk-friendly phone stand changed my mind. Now the phone just sits there when it needs to charge, and it's always accessible if I need to take a call. Having the phone on a stand is also great for doing video chats on FaceTime or Zoom, but if you need to take Zoom calls in a professional setting, you should probably get a webcam, or at least a phone tripod (that's mine in the background of the picture). I just keep the charger behind my keyboard, where it's easy to see my notifications. Some might look at the price and question the quality of this product, as I did, but Insignia keeps impressing me with its low prices and high quality, and this is no exception. I recommend this product primarily for desks. It's easy to set up anywhere, but since it's not the most compact charger, finding a way to conveniently store it might be a chore. Unless you know where this charger's permanent home will be, I recommend a charging pad instead. As I stated before, it's perfect on a desk, and I might add it's reminiscent of a home phone charging base. I'm actually getting a little nostalgic just thinking about it. All that aside, though, I give this product a 10/10. Insignia once again delivers on quality, value and ease of use. My only complaint is that the cord and charging base are connected via Micro-USB. If Insignia manufactures a new iteration of this product, I'd appreciate an upgrade to Type-C.

Saves your USB port.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Samsung S9+ USB port was clogged and I couldn't plug in the charger so I picked this charger from Bestbuy. I cleaned my port, but I'd rather use this wireless charger. Working great even with my phone in its protective case.

Q: QuestionWill it work for IPhone 8 ?
Asked by MO.
- A:Answer Iphone 8 and above have WIRELESS QI CHARGING. So yes this stand should work absolutely fine with an iPhone 8. I charge a 12 without issues. Very easy to put in stand vs a pad style. Just use thumb and finger to center on stand horizontally and done. Included high power AC adapter and cable. Many do not.

Q: QuestionWill this charge a iPhone 12 Pro Max?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer NO!! They say it will, but it doesn't work have the time. I think the phone is too big for the charger base and it doesn't work most of the time. Once in a while it does, but not to be dependable. I would not buy this for a pro max. On the other hand, it seems to work on the 12 mini.

Q: QuestionWhen I put my iPhone 11 on the charger, the purple light comes on (solid) indicating quick charging. However, the purple light stays on (solid) even after the phone is 100% charged. Is this operating correctly? Is it still sending power to the phone?
Asked by StanleyQi.
- A:Answer Yes, it is using very low current to charge the phone, when the phone is fully charged.

Q: QuestionCan you leave your IPhone on the charger all the time, or should you remove it after it has finished charging?
Asked by MO.
- A:Answer I looked at many tech answers online. Conclusion seems to be YES. Just like leaving it plugged into a cord, same situation. I leave mine on stand most tne time. The QI spec standard is birectional, meaning, the phone tells the stand what it can handle and the stand tells the phone. In theory when the phone is fully charges,it notifies the QI spec charger and the charging stops or goes to very low trickle. Only issues some report, varies by phone and case and charger is the phone or charger getting very warm. With my 12 and this stand I habr not noticed this at all. Phone and stand both remain just barely warm. There are some, and answers seem mixed, who say "do not leave phone plugged in or on wireless chsrger. But this is countered by the opposite recommendation from others, and there isn't consensus. I have left my old 6 plugged In all time and never had an issue. Now I leave my 12 on stand.

Q: QuestionWhat does it mean when the blue charging light comes on for a few seconds and then goes off - repeats ?
Asked by MO.
- A:Answer If there is no phone on the charger, the blinking blue LED indicates that the charger is in stand-by mode (i.e., connected to an AC outlet). Once you put your phone on the charger, the LED turns to a steady blue-violet which indicates that the phone is wirelessly charging.
