Each item is made to order so please send your requests and we will work together to create your very special one-of-a-kind item. I do charge a small fee for custom images, designs and proofs/layout changes.

GIFT WRAPPING
Blocks are packaged in an organza bag that compliments the item. Baby girl block, pink; Baptism, white. Baby Boy, blue. etc.

Larger items like beer cap maps and memory boxes are not gift wrapped and no gift wrapping is offered at this time.

Rush my order means that you are paying to have your order "bumped" to a priority processing status and your order will be completed within 24 hours.

if you would also like to expedite the shipping process (once it leaves my shop) you can also purchase upgraded shipping options in the shipping setting during your order.

I appreciate customer loyalty and past orders but I do not offer any discounts at this time. This is my philosophy:

I feel it is more important to offer a quality product and sell it for a reasonable price up front instead of raising prices (like so many other stores, vendors, crafters do) just to show a deal or discount.

The prices listed in my shop include all custom engraving and I gift wrap most items at no additional cost.

**FREE SHIPPING// PLEASE NOTE: The free first class shipping DOES NOT provide any recourse for lost, missing, damaged or stolen packages. Once the package leaves my shop, and is in the hands of the usps, the package is totally their responsibility. If you have selected the free first class shipping please understand there is nothing I can do to mitigate a loss, nor will the post office. They will say to contact the seller but in that situation, because free shipping has been chosen, a new item would need to be purchased as I am unable to absorb these losses when the post office is negligent. Priority mail and express mail both include insurance. ***

If you have selected priority mail or express mail please contact me regarding the issue and I will work with you on how to file a claim with me and with the United States Postal Service.

If you have selected the free shipping option and your package has been lost, damaged, stolen or is missing please understand there is nothing I can do, and there is nothing the USPS will do, in this event. They will tell you to contact me to replace the item but once the item has left my shop I am no longer responsible for the delivery (or lack thereof) in any way and cannot absorb a loss due to the incompetency of the USPS.

Please consider priority or express mail if you have any concerns regarding postal negligence- especially during the holidays.

I engrave exactly what is submitted in the order. Please only submit what you would like to see engraved on the block. There is a section for "Notes to Seller" where you can enter any additional instructions etc for the order. If you have received a block with an error, and it is one I made outright, I will replace the item immediately and entirely at my expense. If the error is due to a typo or a misunderstanding (assuming it is engraved exactly as it was submitted) then a new item will need to be purchased by you for a replacement. Or you can return the item to me (blocks only) and I can sand the side, re-engrave it and resend it for a small fee to cover labor and return shipping.
