Hey Everyone!

After much consideration and evaluation of the company, we have come to the agreement to sell the company and cease our operations effective March 31, 2024.

Grinding Coffee Co. started as a mission to deliver an alternative to traditional gaming powders and delivered high-quality coffee products with a purpose. Since 2020, we believe we have done what we can to uphold our mission and our values. Your patronage has been vital in our journey, and for that, we are eternally grateful.

While this marks the end of our journey as Grinding Coffee Co., it does not mark the end for all of us. We are excited to announce that under new ownership, with familiar faces among the team, we will rebrand and launch a new company called Based Coffee. It is set to open soon and will continue the tradition of offering exceptional coffee experiences. For updates with that, please follow @basedcoffeegg on Twitter (currently X) and Instagram.

To our affiliates and partners, we couldn’t have done it without you. Without you, there was no Grinding Coffee Co and we are thankful for each and every one of you. We were proud to represent the community as best as we could and we are forever grateful. There will be additional information sent soon as discussed in Discord.

While our journey with Grinding Coffee Co. may be coming to an end, we look forward to the new beginnings that Based Coffee will bring.
