How do I sign up for MYGNC Rewards?

There are three easy ways to sign up for MYGNC Rewards—and they’re all free! Just create an account at GNC.com, through the GNC app, or in store with a GNC Coach.

I just joined MYGNC Rewards/PRO Access. What do I do next?

Welcome aboard! You’ve just joined millions of members who get more at GNC.


First, log into your account and fill out your member profile to ensure you get your free birthday gift. Then, verify your mailing address and save your info. 


You can also decide if you want to bank your points or automatically have them redeemed for you once they reach a reward available threshold. 


From there, you’re all set to start earning Rewards Points!

How do I complete my profile?

If you joined MYGNC Rewards or PRO ACCESS in store, you may not have filled out your profile.

  1. Go to GNC.com or the mobile app and log in. Go to “Account” and then to “Profile Info.” Click “Edit Profile.”
  2. Fill out your info (share your birthday if you want a free gift!) and click Save.
  3. If this is your first time accessing your account on GNC.com, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts.
How do I earn Rewards Points?

When making a purchase in store, just give your GNC Coach the phone number or email address associated with your account and check out to earn points. If you’re shopping on GNC.com, you’ll automatically earn points on every purchase as long as you’re logged into your account.


Either way, you’ll earn 3% Cash Back Rewards points every day if you’re a MYGNC Rewards member and 10% Cash Back Rewards if you upgrade to PRO ACCESS! The only thing you won’t earn points on are gift cards. But there are a ton of ways to earn bonus points, so keep an eye out for emails about opportunities to get Cash Back Rewards even faster!

I travel a lot. Will I get Rewards Points for purchases at GNC stores throughout the country and GNC.com?

Yes, you can earn Rewards Points on nearly all purchases made at any GNC store in the US or at GNC.com.

When will my Reward Points appear in my account after a purchase?

The Rewards Points you earn in store will be deposited in your account within 24 hours of purchase. If you’re shopping on GNC.com, your Rewards Points will appear in your account 3 days after your products have been shipped or picked up in store.

How many Rewards Points equal a Cash Back Reward?

One dollar spent at GNC equals one Reward Point. 150 Rewards Points equals a $5 Cash Back Reward. With bonus points, you’ll be surprised how fast you earn rewards!

Do my Rewards Points ever expire?

Yes. Like all good things, even Rewards Points must come to an end. Rewards Points are valid for an entire year before they expire so you have plenty of time to get those Cash Back Rewards and go shopping!

How do I turn my Rewards Points into Cash Back Rewards?

When it comes to redeeming your points for Cash Back Rewards, you have two options: Auto-Redeem or Bank.


1. Choose “Auto-Redeem My Rewards” in the MYGNC Rewards tab in your account on GNC.com. We’ll automatically load your rewards in your account once you hit your chosen threshold so you can spend them as soon as you earn them.

2. Select “Bank My Points” and choose when you want to redeem your rewards. Just go into your account and activate a reward when you’re ready to shop.

If you haven’t picked a preference, you’ll be enrolled in Auto-Redeem My Rewards. You can switch to “Bank My Points” in the MYGNC Rewards tab in your account on GNC.com or in Account Settings in the GNC app.

How do I change my Auto-Redeem reward threshold?

Increase or decrease your reward threshold by logging in to GNC.com and following these steps:


1. Click “My Account” on GNC.com.

2. Click “Rewards.”

3. Click “Rewards Preferences” and then “Select Your Reward Preference.”

4. Under “Choose your Reward Value,” select from $5–$50 in the drop-down options and click “Save.”

I chose “Bank My Points.” How do I convert my points to rewards?

For Cash Back Reward redemption online:

  1. Log in to your GNC.com account and click “Rewards.”
  2. During checkout, select “Use Your Rewards” and click the “+.” From the drop-down menu, select the reward you would like to apply to the purchase and click “Redeem.”
  3. Active rewards will be available for use during checkout. Click “Apply” and the reward will be applied toward your order.

For Cash Back Reward redemption in store:

  1. At checkout, provide your GNC Coach with the phone number on your rewards account.
  2. Ask your GNC Coach if you have any rewards available and mention if you’d like to apply them to your purchase.
Where can I find my Rewards Points balance?

There are a number of ways to keep track of your points! Find your Rewards Points balance on every store receipt, in your GNC.com account, in the GNC app, and in your monthly account statement emails.

You can also ask a GNC Coach in store or call Customer Service (1-877-462-4700) to look up your balance. If you’re a PRO ACCESS member, please call the PRO ACCESS Insider Line for priority assistance: 1-866-214-2469.urn items?

To keep things fair, the Rewards Points earned from a purchase will be deducted from your account if you return the item/s. We will not reissue any rewards or points for items you decide to return.

Can I gift Rewards Points to either a charity or another MYGNC Rewards/PRO ACCESS member?

We love how generous you are, but at this time, your points are yours and yours alonefor a whole year after you earn them. After 12 months, your Rewards Points do expire.

What can I spend my Cash Back Rewards on?

Just about everything at GNC! The only exceptions are gift cards and past purchases.

How long are Cash Back Rewards valid?

MYGNC Rewards members have 30 days to use their rewards once they’re activated. PRO ACCESS members have 60 days to use their Cash Back Rewards.

Can I use part of a Cash Back Reward toward my purchase?

Sorry, but there are no partial redemptions. For example, if you’re purchasing a $10 item with a $15 Cash Back Reward, the remaining $5 will not roll over. You will not be able to apply that remainder to a future purchase.

Why do you need my phone number, mailing address, and email?

We ask for your phone number so it’s easier and faster to look up your account in store. No prank calls, we promise.

We need your mailing address to send you personalized offers. If your address changes, please update it in your member profile so you don’t miss a thing.

Your email address is the most important part of your MYGNC Rewards account. We use it to look up your info in store and add points to your account. It’s also how we send your monthly account statement, Cash Back Reward notifications, special offers, and more.

You’re free to opt out of promotional emails if you’d like. You can click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-462-4700. PRO ACCESS members can call the PRO ACCESS Insider Line at 1-866-214-2469 for priority assistance.

And just so you know, your email is safe with us. We’ll never sell your email address to anyone.

Do I earn Rewards Points on GNC products at Amazon.com, Rite Aid, or Sam’s Club?

Nope, you only get Rewards Points when purchasing from GNC stores, GNC.com, or the GNC app.

I’m not getting MYGNC Rewards/PRO ACCESS emails. How can I fix this?

We don’t want you to miss out either! Please call Customer Service at 1-877-462-4700. If you are a PRO ACCESS member, please call the PRO ACCESS Insider Line at 1-866-214-2469.

I’m getting too many GNC emails. How can I fix this?

Sorry about that! Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of a GNC email. Then select your email preferences. Heads up though: Even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, you will still get operational emails from MYGNC Rewards/PRO ACCESS such as your monthly statement, Cash Back Reward notifications (come on, these are the fun ones!), and any account change notifications.

Member Tier

This is the base level of our free-to-join MYGNC Rewards Program. Members receive 3% Cash Back Rewards every day, bonus Cash Back Rewards, personalized offers, a $5 Cash Back Reward welcome gift, a birthday bonus, and a first look at the latest innovations and promotions.

What is Silver Tier?

We want to better acknowledge and reward our members who shop with us regularly and the Silver Tier is our way of delivering this extra value!

MYGNC Rewards members are promoted to Silver Tier once they cross the $200 spend/200 point threshold. Eligibility is based on member spend as of January 1, 2023.


As soon as you are promoted to Silver Tier, you receive your first perk—10% cash back rewards on every purchase, for the first 30 days of Silver tier! You can use this to rack up serious Cash Back Rewards and use them to save on your favorite products! Additionally, Silver Tier members receive exclusive offers and unlock special perks at 300 points and again at 500 points.

Does my Silver tier status ever expire?

Good news: Once you become a Silver Tier member, you will never go back. Once you reach $200 spend, you will stay a Silver Tier member unless you upgrade to Gold Tier or enroll in PRO ACCESS.

What is Gold Tier?

Gold Tier members are some of our best customers—it’s like everything you touch turns into rewards. Once a MYGNC Rewards member spends $500 with GNC, they are automatically promoted to Gold Tier. Eligibility is based on member spend as of January 1, 2023.

As Gold Tier members are some of our best customers, perks were designed to recognize and reward their loyalty. This includes free shipping on GNC.com or in the app for as long as Gold Tier status is maintained.

Additionally, Gold Tier members get to choose a 10% Cash Back Rewards Day—a great time to stock up favorite products and serious savings! Just look for an email with coupon code and present at time of checkout to receive the 10% Cash Back Rewards offer! Does my Gold Tier status ever expire?

Unfortunately, Gold isn’t forever. You must maintain a yearly spend of $500 or you will drop down into our Silver Tier. However, upgrading to our PRO ACCESS program will provide you all of your favorite perks and more! 

What is PRO ACCESS?

PRO ACCESS gives you all the best benefits of MYGNC Rewards plus 10% Cash Back Rewards on every purchase, 15% Cash Back Rewards during PRO Days events throughout the year, a free GNC-brand bar or drink once a month with any in-store purchase, and free expedited shipping from GNC.com. What if I am out of town or deployed during a PRO Days event?

Good news! PRO Days bonus point offers are valid at GNC.com, so you can shop and earn Cash Back Rewards no matter where you are!

As a PRO member, how do I ensure that I earn 10% Cash Back Rewards on my everyday purchases?

It’s easy! All that you need to do is ensure that you are logged into your account when you’re online or in the app—or provide your in-store GNC Coach with your phone number or email. Then your 10% Cash Back Rewards points will be applied!

PROs get a free GNC-brand bar or drink in store every month with any purchase. How does that work?

When you enroll or renew PRO in store, your first GNC-brand bar or drink will be available to you with that purchase. In the months thereafter, your free bar or drink offer will be on your account in store, so your GNC Coach can easily apply it when you’re making a purchase. See a Coach for details as sometimes the bar or drink offer selection will vary by month.

What happens to my free bar or drink offer if I don’t redeem it in a given month?

Unfortunately, unredeemed free bar or drink offers do not roll over. We hope you won’t forget to take advantage of your special perk, so we’ll also remind you monthly.

How do I sign up for GNC Health?

Access to GNC Health is currently included in a PRO ACCESS membership at no cost. Sign into your PRO ACCESS account on GNC.com to get started. If you’re not a PRO member, join PRO ACCESS today to start using GNC Health.

What kind of health concerns can be treated virtually with GNC Health?

Most health concerns can be treated virtually by our team of board-certified doctors including but not limited to acne, allergies, bronchitis, body aches, coughs, colds/flu, earaches, fever, pink eye, skin conditions, sinus infection, sore throat, stomach issues, and UTIs.

Do I need health insurance to use GNC Health?

No insurance is needed to use the virtual care and pharmacy services. If you do have health insurance coverage, GNC Health will not replace your current benefits, but work as a no-cost supplement to your existing medical plan.
