Viscosity is not what it used to be
I have been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for over 35 years. It is NOT the same formula that I remember. The viscosity is not what it used to be. This once creamy and effective product has disappeared only to be replaced by a very watery substance that falls through my fingers. I think this is...

Better than expensive brands for Rosacea
I used this for a long time and then switched to other products to diminish my brown spots. I developed rosacea and came back to this with recommendation from my dermatologist. My face is moisturized and cleared up using this and other prescriptions.
Not really a cleanser
This doesnt clean. Is it gentle? Definitely. Moisturizing? Yes. But I used it to wash off regular nonwaterproof eye makeup and it simply doesn't work. I repeat washed 5 times! And my eyes and skin still had makeup residue.
Great cleanser.
I have super sensitive skin. I have lupus which comes with a lupus face rash. This doesn't burn my skin. I use a makeup balm first then this and my skin feels great!
Bad Batch?
Not sure if maybe the bottle I bought was a bad batch but it feels so oily on my skin and I've started to break out in acne on my face and upper neck. The color looks a little yellowish too and I just bought it a month ago.
New formula caused acne
I have been using the original cleanser for 10+ years and loved it. Now that they have changed the formula I am getting acne all over my face even on my eyelids and I am not acne prone. My Mom who is also a loyal customer is having the same experience. Why change a great product. Garbage.
